TRECA Digital Academy currently provides education to thousands of students through an innovative program utilizing the latest in computer technology.

As an educational organization, TDA understands the importance of developing education appropriate for the 21^st century. TRECA Digital Academy, along with its consortium (partner) school members, aims to keep funding within the public school systems by providing an alternative to the traditional brick and mortar school. No other online school contributes revenue directly to our public school system.

The alternative provided by TDA allows students and teachers to work from their own homes while providing a flexible schedule to meet the needs of all individuals. The innovative curriculum that TRECA Digital Academy provides allows the focus to be teaching and learning, not group discipline. This learning environment also allows one-on-one contact and interaction between student and teacher without the distraction of other students.

TDA is operated by educators. Our administrative staff consists predominantly of educators, and our teaching staff is 100% certified in the subjects they teach – not every online school can say the same. Our commitment is to the growth of every individual student enrolled in TRECA Digital Academy, to allowing students to discover their true potential, to find their own unique gifts as individuals, at their own pace.

Supported by Ohio school districts, TDA is Ohio's only non-profit online school whose teaching staff is 100% state certified by subject. TDA provides students with the latest computer and iPod technology, allowing them to progress at their own pace, on their own personalized school calendar, 24/7. A TDA diploma is accepted by colleges and universities across the country, as well as the military.
